These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Americas Event Hub platform (“Platform”) and the services we offer (“Services”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Platform.
1. Service Description
Americas Event Hub is a digital platform designed to facilitate the planning, management, and booking of event spaces in Panama, promoting event tourism and the MICE industry. Our services include:
- Exploration and booking of event spaces with specific filters.
- Sending requests for quotes and managing service providers such as music, transport, food and decoration.
- Publication and promotion of spaces for owners of hotels, restaurants and other premises.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using our Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Use by Minors: The Platform is not permitted for use by minors without supervision and explicit approval from a legal guardian.
3. Account Registration
To access some Services, you need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- Required Data: Name, email address, phone number, and other data necessary to ensure a safe and personalized experience.
- Accuracy: You agree to keep the information accurate and up-to-date.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
We offer listing plans and booking commissions. By subscribing or advertising your space, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Commissions are based on the chosen plan and the bookings generated.
- Payment Process: Payments are accepted through secure methods managed by third parties.
- Automatic Renewal: Plans may be automatically renewed unless cancelled beforehand.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. We do not offer refunds for payments already made, but the service will continue until the end of the contracted period.
6. Acceptable Use
You must use the Platform legally and responsibly. You must not:
- To carry out illegal or unauthorized activities.
- Interfering with the operation of the Platform.
- Use automated methods to access the Platform.
- Posting offensive, defamatory or rights-infringing content.
- Distributing malware or attempting unauthorized access.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Platform and its content belong to Americas Event Hub or its licensors. We grant you a limited license for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.
8. Privacy and Security
Please see our Privacy Policy. We implement measures to protect your personal data and ensure confidentiality through secure technologies and processes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Americas Event Hub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount you have paid in the last 12 months. This limitation is valid to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of important changes via the Platform or email. Continued use implies acceptance of these changes.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or other causes that affect the Platform or users. Provisions that by their nature must survive, will do so.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Panama. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Panama.
